You could use any of the ones that you posted or one like the first person had posted.
I would not use a stock horse halter as it would take away from you Arabians chizzled and delicate face features. It would make your horses features harder to be seen by a judge in confirmation classes.
The first one you posted is a not so traditional but very Arabian show halter. You could certainly use a halter like that.
I would suggest using one like the first person posted. That is a more traditional halter that will be more compatible with a western outfit.
That is what most people use when showing in western attire.
You could look up pictures of Arabian halter classes to get a better idea of the attire and halters in the Arabian classes.
I am sure you know how to set an Arabian horse. Front feet square, and the left back leg set slightly further back than the right.
Your horse shouldn't look like its body is all stretch or parked, just a nice lengthy neck.
Good Luck and Have Fun!
Arabians are normally shown in halters like these:

They're made to show off the Arab's refined head, you don't want to use the bulkier type of show halter used on a QH.
For arabs the first answer is deffinitly correct, you want a halter that is delicate and light weight to show off your horse's head, that halter kind of distracts from the horses head. I have never seen anyone show an arab in a halter like that, but maybe for local shows it would be ok.
Here is an example of someone doing western showmanship with their arab, their halter is simple and really shows off the horses head:

As to the quarter horse halter, I guess you could show in it, but I think the turquoise is pretty, but not right for the show ring. Try useing something with silver on it, maybe a hint of gold and light or dark brown leather.
Something like this is a bit better for the showring:

if you are showing an arab in any type of halter/showmanship classes then you use the arab halter, doesn't matter for western or english for hunter. remember that if you are showing arabs you also need to park them out, you don't square them up like you do qtrs and paints.
good luck and hope this helps
