Anyone know where i can find a job working wiv horses in thanet?

i have som experience and would be prepaired to do voluntary work i live in ramsgate kent can anyone help as ive been looking for ages.
Answers:
i would checkout your local yellow pages, and look at livery and riding schools in that area, that might offer jobs, your local feed store might be able to help you as well, they often have adverts on the board requesting for people to help with there horses, this is normally paid work.
i was going to suggest a racing yard but they are normally looking for people with experience or recommend by someone in the racing industry.
i wish you luck i have to eventers and a new forest pony, and its hard work whether your paid or not
Kent... in England? Ok well you might try local race tracks---where they race horses... it would depend on your age of course, but if you were to VOLUNTEER a couple hours a day during the summer, they MIGHT just let you regardless of your age...but if you are 14 or older, get a paying job for the summer... still try the race tracks... I'm not sure if there are any near Kent, but England seems to have a LOT of horse racing...
There are loads of places on the net offering jobs with horses - take a look for them instead.
If you live close to a race track you could get a job as a groom or a hotwalker.
Look on a website called Yard and Groom also the BHS site also has job vacancies advertised..
http://www.horses-sales.com/
has horses for sale and quite a few horse jobs as well
try a local horse rescue ranch if theres one near you you might have to drive a long way though if you live in the city most of these places will let you help as much as you want theres no money in it though but its fun me and my wife valunter 2 to 3 times a week and we love it
Work in barns as a stablehands or a vets assistant. Also a groom.
I used to put my own adds in local papers stating what I was capable of and what I would like in return, I used to get loads of replys. good luck.
i would try the the riding schools first you could also make flyer's and put them up in local tack shops you could also give some to local livery yards some body might want some help
