Anyone ever heard of these TB horses?

nope. sorry. are they racing horses? go onto a website and see if you can find them or their lines.

Only thing I can come up with on Shady Joyce:

Yes thourobreds they are concidered hot blooded horses and are very spirited and can even be hard to ride if you do not know what your doing. They have a tendency to be very slinder and tall and do well for drasage and racing.
