My 4h is at a horse rescue, and we have a race horse that is grey and about 30 years old we coudn't read his tatoo( on the top of his lip) But we think it is like b something, Please any race horses whats hs name! Oh I live right outside of philly (PA)

There's no way to tell who the horse is with an unreadable tattoo. Figuring even narrowing it to 3-4 years there's tens of thousands of TBs born and he may/may not be from PA. From that long ago without positive identification and with many grey horses born there's no way to pick one for sure. And that's assuming he's a Thoroughbred - might not be. Standardbreds, Quarter Horses and others are also tattooed.
There's very few WHITE TBs - White Beauty had a line but they are very very few.
