Anyone have an extremely gentle, kid broke Gelding Quarter Horse?

We live in NE corner of OK and would like to find one close. One that is gentle, kidbroke, and for beginners, easy to catch, load, and that is older and around 14HH. PLEASE HELP!! You have no idea how long I've been looking. It would get really good care here. I love horses and really want one. BUT IT HAS TO BE EXTREMELY AND I MEAN EXTREMELY GENTLE AND EASY TO CONTROL. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING LIKE THIS>>PLEASE!!

well a horse like that wont sell and if it will it'll be alot. maggie can you contact me plz i really need a horse!!
I have a nice quarter mare that is extremely kid broke. She's about 15.3 and you should see her around kids. Her eyes just get softer and she becomes extremely gentle and still. I let my three year old brother ride her, get her out of the pasture and he can semi-tack her up all by himself. Your going to have a VERY hard time finding a horse like that and especially one that is cheap. Good luck! Check www.horsetopia.com or other websites, scope through the want adds, and also place an add in the newspaper that you are looking for one.
Good luck!
put an add in the news paper or go to

petfinder.com
I personally don't have one but I know that there are a lot out there! You can try dreamhorse.com equinehits.com and horsetopia.com (the sites I've gotten most 'successfuls' from) However you have to be careful, the owners can claim they have a bomb proof, angelic horse but the only way to know that he will be truely safe around your children is to go and ride/observe him yourself-- So i'd look into a horse thats pretty close to you so you can 'test drive' him.
Kate is right! Be prepared to pay! I have one, been offered alot of money for him, but he's 24 years old, and I've had him for 17 years, friends bring there kids over all the time so they can ride that big pet. Wasnt like that when I got him, but I was younger then to! Take your time finding the right one! And if the owner, or so called trainer says he's kid broke, tell him to put his kids, or grandkids on him! At least your looking for the right one!
Try doing an advanced search on the following websites:
Equine.com
Horsetopia.com
Dreamhorse.com
Good Luck!
Here are two kid safe horses. Good ones are hard to find. These are located in Kansas...it was the nearest I could find.

Good luck!
Sorry, this is more of a brag but i have a buckskin QH he is 9 years old 15.1hh and done heaps of pc WITH MY 10YR OLD daughter. With her hes quiet and jumps the height she wants, does the speed she wants and is just fun. When i ride him he jumps 1.30M and does a 15second barrel, hes does what i want and when i put my 4 yr old son on him hes SOOOOOOOOO quiet my son can scream kick yell and slide off his back but he does nothing. We would never sell him
Yeah, once you find a horse like that, you tend to hold on to him. I have a dead quiet 14.2 hh Morgan that I wouldn't give up for the world. He's currently training my 11 year old niece.
Why are you so set on a Quarter Horse? It might be an easier search if you looked for any breed of dead broke horse. Maybe try looking for an ex-schoolhorse. After all, a schooling stable is a business, and it's not profitable to have a horse that beginners can't ride.
Good luck with your search!!
